Solo Web Pros keeps this simple on purpose. The site is built as a static Astro site, there is no user account system, and there is no attempt to collect more information than is needed to receive an email or understand basic site traffic.

What the site collects

The site itself does not store form submissions in a database.
If you use the contact form, it creates an email draft addressed to the site inbox.
If you email the site directly, your message is stored in the receiving email inbox.
The cookie notice remembers whether you dismissed it using local storage in your browser.

Analytics

Analytics are not active on the site at the moment. If that changes, this policy should be updated first, and any measurement should stay lightweight and privacy-respecting rather than ad-tech driven.
